Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 22, 2026
St. John Cybersecurity LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and how it's handled. The site is a static marketing site; the only feature that collects information is the contact form.
What the contact form collects
When you submit the contact form, you provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company (optional)
- The contents of your message
That information is delivered to us by email through Resend, our transactional email provider. We do not store submissions in a separate database; we read them in our inbox and reply from there.
How we use it
We use the information only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss potential engagements. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Server and edge logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may record standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. We do not run additional analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on the site.
Cookies
The site does not set tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small local preference for dark/light mode; this stays on your device.
Engagement materials
If we enter into a paid engagement, separate written agreements (statement of work, rules of engagement, NDA) will govern how data discovered during testing is handled and protected. Findings reports are delivered directly to you and are not shared elsewhere.
Your choices
You can request that we delete the email correspondence we have from you at any time by writing to brennan@stjohncybersecurity.com. We'll honor reasonable requests promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
